    Definitions   The terms used in the Regulations mean:        Customer - a physical person, legal person or an organizational unit which is not a legal person, the special provisions of which grant legal capacity, which places Orders within the Store;        Consumer - a customer who is a physical person and meets the criteria set out in the definition in art. 22 [1] of the Civil Code. According to this definition, a consumer is a physical person who performs with the entrepreneur a legal act not related directly to his business or professional activity.        Civil Code - the Act of April 23, 1964 (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93, as amended);        Regulations - these Regulations for the provision of electronic services as part of the online store;        Online Store (Store) - the website available under the domain, through which the Customer may place Orders;        Goods - products presented in the Online Store;        Sales contract - a contract for the sale of Goods within the meaning of the Civil Code, concluded between Sp. z o.o. (KRS: 0000717914), and the Customer, concluded using the Store's website;        Consumer Rights Act - the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827);        Act on the provision of electronic services - the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended);        Order - Customer's declaration of intent, aimed directly at the conclusion of the Sales Agreement, specifying in particular the type and number of Goods.  


General provisions         These Regulations set out the rules for using the online store available at: and are the regulations referred to in art. 8 of the Act on the provision of electronic services.  The online store, operating at the address:, is run by sp.z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (00-052) at ul. Mazowiecka 11. The company is entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court in Warsaw, XII Commercial Department of the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000717914, NIP 527-283-78-61, REGON 369458919. These Regulations specify in particular: rules for registering and using an account as part of an online store; terms and conditions for electronic submission of Orders as part of an online store; rules for concluding Sales Agreements using services provided as part of the online store. Using the online store is possible provided that the ICT system used by the customer meets the minimum technical requirements, such as having the latest versions of web browsers such as Firefox, Chrome or Opera. An important requirement is also the latest operating system installed on the client's computer or telephone. Failure to comply with the above guidelines may result in lack of access to the site.         In accordance with applicable law, Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to limit the provision of services via the Online Store to persons who are at least 18 years old. In this case, potential customers will be notified of the above. Customers can access these Regulations at any time via the link on the main page of website and save its content and make a printout.


Rules for using the Online Store        In order to ensure the security of the transmission of messages and data in connection with the services provided as part of the Website, the Online Store takes technical and organizational measures appropriate to the degree of threat to the security of the services provided, in particular, measures to prevent unauthorized persons from obtaining and modifying personal data sent on the Internet.        The customer is obliged to:            not to provide or transfer content prohibited by the law, e.g. content that promotes violence, defamatory or violates personal rights and other rights of third parties,            using the online store in a way that does not interfere with its operation, in particular through the use of specific software or devices,            use the online store in a manner consistent with the provisions of the law in force in the territory of the Republic of Poland, the provisions of the Regulations, as well as with the general principles of using the Internet.  



The procedure of concluding a Sales Agreement         Information about the Goods provided on the Store's websites, in particular their descriptions, technical and usage parameters as well as prices, constitute an invitation to conclude a contract within the meaning of art. 71 of the Civil Code.        In order to conclude a Sales Agreement via the Online Store, go to the website, select the product from the available categories such as shoes, shirts, hats and jackets. Then, taking further technical actions based on the messages displayed to the Customer and information available on the website.        The choice of Goods ordered by the Customer is made by adding them to the basket.        When placing the Order - until the "Order and pay" button is clicked - the Customer has the option of modifying the entered data and the selected Goods. For this purpose, follow the displayed messages and information available on the website.        After the customer of the online store has provided all necessary data, a summary of the order will be displayed. The order summary will contain information on:            the subject of the order,            unit and total price of ordered products or services, including delivery costs and additional costs (if any),            chosen payment method,            the chosen delivery method,            delivery time.        In order to send an Order, it is necessary to provide personal data marked as mandatory and to press the "Order and pay" button.        Sending the Order by the Customer is a declaration of will to conclude with Sp. z o.o. Sales agreements, in accordance with the Regulations.        After placing the Order, the Customer receives an e-mail message entitled [...], containing final confirmation of all important elements of the Order.        The contract is considered concluded when the Customer receives the e-mail message referred to above.        The contract is concluded in Polish. Consolidation, security and disclosure of Order data and general conditions (Online Store Regulations) takes place via email.


Personal pickup          Personal pickup is possible each day except for non-business days (Sundays) during the opening hours of the Clobber store located at ul. Mazowiecka 11 in Warsaw. The customer has the option of picking up the personal goods within 3 business days of placing the order when choosing the payment on site. The customer has 30 days to pick up when paying in advance. 



Supply          Delivery of Goods is not territorially limited and it’s destined to the address provided by the Customer when placing the Order. Shipments outside of Poland are also possible. Delivery of ordered Goods is done by courier (DPD and UPS). It is also possible to send parcels to InPost parcel machines. Delivery costs for InPost - PLN 11.90, DPD - PLN 14.90, UPS - PLN 17.90. Each order in our store for an amount higher than PLN 199 guarantees free delivery of InPost or DPD. Delivery costs will also be indicated when placing the Order. The delivery deadline is from 0 to 2 business days from the day the Customer sends the Order.  


Prices and payment methods        Commodity prices are given in Polish zlotys and contain all components, including VAT.        The customer has the option of paying the price with the use off: (recipient: sp.z o.o., 11 Mazowiecka Street, 00-052 Warsaw)            by transfer to the bank account number for payments in PLN - 97 1090 2590 0000 0001 3609 9727,            by transfer to the bank account number for payments in EURO - PL34 1090 1883 0000 0001 3751 4432,            payment via PayU, which offers instant payments from most banks   Promotional Actions        In the period from 5 April 2019 from 18:00 to 8 April 2019 until 23:59 a 20% discount applies to the entire range in our store on the occasion of the opening of The promotion also applies to items after discount. To take advantage of this promotion, you must redeem the promotional code: CLOBBER20 - you can do this by logging into the system and then going to my account page -> my discounts in the store. The promotion cannot be combined with other types of promotions.        The store offers a 10% discount for all regular customers who register on and then subscribe to the newsletter.



The right to withdraw from the contract        The customer is entitled to a 30 day withdrawal period. The customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The deadline to withdraw from the contract expires after 30 days from the day on which you came into possession of the item or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you came into possession of the item.        To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or email). The data needed to send a statement is Sp. z o.o., ul. Mazowiecka 11, 00-052 Warsaw or email address        You can use the model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.        To meet the deadline to withdraw from the contract, you only need to send information regarding the exercise of your right to withdraw from the contract before the deadline to withdraw from the contract.        We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned item.        Please send or give us the goods to the address sp.z o.o., Mazowiecka 11, 00-052 Warsaw, immediately, and in any case not later than 30 days from the day on which you informed us about withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the item within 30 days.        We do not bear the cost of returning the goods. It is possible to return the product for free directly to our store. Effects of withdrawal from the contract         In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will refund you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for additional costs arising from your chosen delivery method other than the cheapest usual delivery method offered by us), immediately, and in any case not later than 30 days from the day on which we were informed about your decision to exercise the right to withdraw from this contract. Reimbursement will be made using the same payment methods that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case you will not incur any fees in connection with this refund.



Complaints about the Goods Sp. z o.o. as a seller, is liable to the customer within the meaning of art. 22 [1] of the Civil Code, under the warranty for defects in the scope specified in the Civil Code, in particular in art. 556 and art. 556 [1] - 556 [3] and subsequent Civil Code.        Complaints arising from violation of rights guaranteed by law, or on the basis of these Regulations, should be directed to the address The seller undertakes to consider each complaint within 14 days.  



Complaints regarding the provision of electronic services        The online store undertakes actions to ensure the fully correct operation of the website and store websites, to the extent that results from current technical knowledge and undertakes to remove within a reasonable time any technical irregularities reported by customers.        Irregularities related to the functioning of the website and the store's websites may be reported by the Customer in writing to the following address: Sp. z o.o., Mazowiecka 11, 00-052 Warsaw, by email at or using the contact form.        In the complaint, the Customer should describe the type and date of occurrence of irregularities related to the functioning of the Store.



Dispute resolution and final provisions         The customer may, in case of interest, use extrajudicial means of dealing with complaints and redress. Disputes regarding online purchases can be resolved through mediation proceedings before the Provincial Inspectorates of the Trade Inspection or a trial before the arbitral tribunal at the Provincial Inspectorate of Trade Inspection. The consumer may also use other methods of out-of-court dispute resolution and e.g. lodge his complaint via the EU ODR online platform available at:         In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code, the Act on the provision of electronic services and other relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.
